- Added a train (Please note this train is only for scenic purposes, I highly recommend you turn OFF 'switch to trains' once you hop in the train it will stop moving on its own, defeating the purpose.)
- Added mailboxes to homes (positions verified via Google maps streetview)

- Added NEFG corn and bean textures
- Sheds now have fully functional doors (simply left click your mouse to open and close them)
- Added street names to PDA map for easier navigation
- Added additional fill types at Miller's Seed & Feed (Silo now aditionally dispenses herbicide, seed and solid fertilizer)
- Removed collisions from fence behind store purchase area (Players reported issues with larger equipment spawning inside the fence)
