Thanks for the mod! I think the mod however change the mouse somehow? X is normal but Y becomes limited. Moving mouse left/right you have normal range but up/down has limited range. And there is no sensitivity setting for X and Y in Primal. Just overall sensitivity setting. Its a bit of an annoyance but doable. Thanks.
I don't have the same issue, the mod only adds the wingsuit and doesn't change the mouse/view settings at all. I think it is because the original patch files were not renamed correctly, make sure they have the name patch_sound and double check the file extensions.
i have a question when i make patch.fat and patch.dat to patch_sound when i make patch.fat or other one i only can make 1 times or it become patch_sound (2) it is normal ?
You didn't rename the original patch files to patch_sound correctly. Make sure you enable hidden file extensions in windows, and that the files are named correctly with their true extension (.dat/.fat). The mod files need to be named patch.dat/fat.
so i think i know why the wingsuit disappears it only happens when u do the visions for shaman or when u take that drink near his house that make u become a mammoth
Absolutely fantastic mod! Having another tool for descents makes traversal so more fun (and it's very easy to hit a tree and insta-die - at least in survival - which makes it feel like it fits balance-wise).
PSA: Wingsuit were automatically added to my mid-game save, xbox controller: L3 (left joystick press) while falling to use and A to do an air-break and unequipping the wingsuit (mostly for landing, but I also use it to dodge treetops/branches and then re-equipping the suit again in the air).
Reach for the skies, Wenja!
edit: just realized tha A doesn't actually uneqqup it, but rather swaps it to a parachute
Hi the mod works great however when I use controler to play, in the crafting quick menu, the craft button for each weapon remains the right mouse button instead of the controller button (A for xbox controller) and it doesn't work
It works perfectly now thank you so much. I really appreciate you for replying and fixing it in such sort notice!!! Im going to have so much fun today thanks to you!!!
I don't see how upgrading could affect anything, but if you really don't have it anymore then try saving and loading your save again. It doesn't work inside camps btw.
I've literally just started playing the latest FC Primal on Steam with all DLC unlocked and so I don't know whether it now has a wingsuit in-game already due to the DLC. And an excerpt from your description says:
"This mod allows the player to use their choice of wingsuit in-game. I've included Far Cry 4's wingsuit and Primal's "wingsuit" from the Vision of Beasts mission which allows you to fly upwards and explore forbidden areas".
Does this mean that I get a wingsuit from the Vision of Beasts mission anyway and that this mod just allows me to use an FC 4 wingsuit instead of the one provided in-game? Or does the mod also enhance the in-game "Vision of Beasts" version? Or do I not get a wingsuit in the latest version of the game at all? I'm wondering what "Primal's "wingsuit" from the Vision of Beasts mission" means. Thanks.
There is no conventional wingsuit in this game by default whether playing on the vanilla game without DLC, or with DLC. Only the mod will allow you to use the wingsuit.
What I meant in the description is that you can use the wingsuit seen in the Vision of Beasts missions in free roam, or use the wingsuit from Far Cry 4 in free roam. This is only possible with a mod because there is no real wingsuit that you can use in the game.
The segment in Vision of Beasts where you're flying with the owl is actually just the player using a modified version of an invisible wingsuit, hence why I put it in quotes when describing it. If you just wanna be able to use a regular wingsuit in the open world, use Far Cry 4's version. The other version allows you to "cheat" yourself out of bounds. It's not intended for a normal playthrough unless you would like to play that way.

Can I port it in A3 format, please?!
Maybe I will do it in A3 format, but there is no time yet. Thanks again for answering my question!
