Depends on your system, I haven't noticed any impact at all but I have a high end rig. If you have problems try opening the Reshade console and unticking some or all of these filters: Prism.fx, TiltShift.fx, SurfaceBlur.fx, AdaptiveSharpen.fx. Everything else is just color correction/light level stuff that shouldn't have any performance impact.
Because Reshade doesn't work like ENB, it applies the filters to everything onscreen, not just the gamespace elements, so the effects I used to create a pseudo-DOF look apply to the UI elements as well. I made sure all HUD information was still legible even after the blur, but if it bothers you, you can open up the Reshade console and untick Prism.fx (side of screen blur) and TiltShift.fx (bottom and top blur).
