I tried this mod today and it broke the "highlight path to selected destination on road" feature. Uninstalling the mod fixed the issue but cutscenes are capped at 30 FPS obviously. Too bad. I'd like to have both.
Doesn't seem to work. I just bought the game on Steam. I have the latest mod installer. Other mods installed through the installer work fine. This one doesn't though. When I start a new game, the intro still looks like 30 FPS. I'm also running ultrawide and still have black bars.
Edit: Seems like the issue only affects the intro cutscene through picking your sex. I played for a bit after that and the following cutscenes were definitely uncapped.
Thanks for the mod! It makes the game actually playable! :) The first cutscene after sex selection is still simulation capped as a male, but this might be intended.
Not sure if you figured this out by now or not. But do you have the latest Far Cry 6 Mod Installer installed and working? If so did you drop the mod file into the mod folder inside the installer, run it , check the box to install and then run install? Other wise you can get that message.
Just to see if i'm getting this right, your suggestion for someone not being able to install the mod because of an error is to tell them to just do all the steps they've already done? am i missing something here or are you actually just being extremely unhelpful?
MISSING DEPENDENCY/GAME PATH That error pops up when there is either no Far Cry 6 Mod Installer installed or it is an old version or the mod was not put into the Far Cry 6 Mod Installer's mod folder. Far Cry 6 Mod Installer is no longer on the Nexus so you have to google it up to find it and get the latest version. He didn't say what steps he took and asked for any solutions. I gave him some. I installed it this mod with zero issues and it works as intended. So I have to figure if he is having that error is may be due to what I said here. Also Game Path normally means the Far Cry 6 Mod Installer does not have the FC6 folder location pointed to in setup. And yeah I was trying to be helpful . I don't see you 2 offering any help.
