    You're right, 400 nit peak mode is def the way to go. The 1000 nits is way too washed out.  Using an Alienware QD-OLED widescreen monitor

    My current dark room Samsung G80SD OLED HDR400 True Black settings. These settings are for the 400 nit peak mode, not the bullshit fake 1000 nits mode on this monitor:
    Tonemapper: ACES
    Game brightness: 100
    UI Brightness: 140
    Hue Correction: 0
    Gamma Correction: 2.2

    Exposure: 1.0
    Highlights: 44
    Shadows: 52
    Contrast: 54
    Saturation: 53
    Blowout: 50
