You can select from few different variations:
CAUTION: Most of these have not been tested! Also, as far as the swimming speeds goes, I have only tested the 5x and it seemed to work.

- Slow - 50% normal speed
- 60% - 60% normal speed
- 70% - 70% normal speed
- 75% - 75% normal speed
- 80% - 80% normal speed
- 120% - 120% normal speed
- 130% - 130% normal speed
- 140% - 140% normal speed
- 150% - 150% normal speed
- 160% - 160% normal speed
- 170% - 170% normal speed
- 175% - 175% normal speed
- 180% - 180% normal speed
- 190% - 190% normal speed
- Fast - 200% normal speed
- 250% - 250% normal speed
- Faster - 300% normal speed
- 350% - 350% normal speed
- Extremely Fast - 400% normal speed
- 450% - 450% normal speed
- Speedy Gonzales/500% - 5x normal speed
- Flash/Aquaman - 10x normal speed
