Why doesn't "armed civilians" apply to story characters? (Nadine, Tweek, Wendell, Casey, Larry, Skylar, Chad, Mabel, Guy, Lindsay)

    Hey there people

I wonder if its possible to have more enemies spawning ?

Like having random road blocks all over the county, foot patrols, vehicle patrols, helicopter and airplane patrols all random and happening very often ?

When I first started playing FC5 unmodded that is(vanilla) I noticed one thing that made this Far Cry and practically all FC games terrible was the lack of anything to shoot at !

I mean sure you go to outposts and certain places in the game world and there are enemies but in between and around and all around the game world, its like its just empty !

Meaning if you want a fight you either do the missions(main or side) but other then that you'll have to literally take a drive and hope that some enemies may spawn too shoot at.

Now I understand that too many, like for example 500 000 enemies in a given area is extremely overkill, it be fun as hell though !

But how about at least from 50 to 500 in small areas and 500 to 5000 in medium to larger areas ? is that possible ? if so, how ? what files must you edit ?

Ok who played Far Cry 3 ? with a mod called "Gyga Island" its basically a mod that makes enemies spawn much more often then vanilla FC3.

    But

What made that mod special is, there was foot patrols, vehicles patrols both water and land, road blocks, almost any type of structure be it small or big had at least one enemy soldier posted there. It wasn't just the roads that were populated but in between all around.

Also that mod spawned different enemy classes too so there was a variety from melee soldiers to assault rifle and shotgun wielding troops etc.

And the best part was as soon as you get spotted or kill one enemy with an unsilenced weapon, a whole lot of enemies either come with their vehicles or just come in on foot and try to rush you !

Is there a mod that can do that ?

I just love how this reliance on RM makes this unplayable since RM won't run with current build of the game.

My mod might still work. My mod doesn't need the FC5 Resistance Mod but more of the mod installer that came with it. Try downloading the mod installer in the link below and put my .a3 files with the mod installer

    Great mod.
I'm going to try different combinations.

Which file is the one that makes the merchant fishermen and hunters invincible?

Thank you very much for "Operation Freedom Rising..." Great mod,a must have mod right along with "FC5 Resistance Mod". This resolves my frustration with NPCs running around screaming for help rather than picking up a weapon to protect themselves. Makes the game much more enjoyable and restores your faith in "people's" capacity to help themselves. Really glad you developed "Operation Freedom Rising..."
