You need to download reshade, once you do open reshade, then find your game folder then select the games exe file, it will ask you to select the graphics render, it should automatically have the correct one selected, hit next then it will ask at the bottom to select a preset, click it then find this file, select it and you should be set after that, you don't have to do this process again.
If you don't know how to find the game file, right click on the game in your steam library, go to properties, then click installed file's then click browse, and it will show you what drive it is installed on, so while you are in reshade press browse if you cannot find the game, then go to these folders in order, open steamlibrary > steamapps > common > then find your game then find its exe file.
