You are the only person who did a mod about this. Thank you very much for removing this annoying time limit. But now, (I don't know how much time it may cost you but) would you be able to change/remove permadeath difficulty from this dlc so that we can save the progress. Also is it possible to change its difficulty to normal? Thanks once again man.
Sorry I can't change the difficulty or force the game to save the position where player died last time, but it does save your skills and weapons. In this DLC, stealth is more important and sometimes it is wiser to run away for supplies since you are no longer pushed by time. It is easier to play with my other mod FC4 NPC weapon variety and ammo mod at Far Cry 4 Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com) so you can use guns for hire with suppressed signature weapons, and pick up better weapons from dead bodies.
This mod edits the DLC files and the Golden Path Mod edits patch_hd.dat/patch_hd.fat only, which are different. I think they can co-exist even though I did not try it. There is no conflict with other mods because this mod is so far the only DLC mod that I know. The Golden Path Mod team is welcome to support DLC mods if they decide to do so in future. Permission is granted to convert my mod and add it onto their platform.
