Simple common.dat and .fat files to remove negative mouse acceleration from the game.

I couldn't get the other mod here for the mouse fix to work so I found another way to disable the negative mouse acceleration. It's just changes the common.dat and common.fat files.
!!!Works for Steam, I have no clue about modding games so I don't know if it'd work with other versions!!!
Simply extract the files to game's folder or you can manually drop the .dat and .fat files to data_win32 folder in your game folder.
