This is a GamerProfile.xml settings file with a couple edits, intended to be downloaded by the game's new Vortex Extension.
The edits are:
PostFxQuality="off" - To disable the horrible motion blur effect
D3D11MultithreadedRendering="1" - To allow the game to use the full GPU/CPU capability in DX11 mode.
All other settings are left at default values, to allow the user to change as they please.
File needs to be placed in "{User Documents}\My Games\Far Cry 3". The file will be placed here automatically if using the Vortex extension.
Please note that if you download and install this XML, you MUST also add the Large Address Aware flag to the game's executable using the application linked below. This will be downloaded automatically for the users of the Vortex Extension.
If you don't do this, your game WILL CRASH when running in DX11 rendering mode.
