Glad you managed to get this one out of the door, I still have the files and was looking at them recently but completely forgot what's what.

For the record, I beat the whole game while testing it. Works a-okay, makes the Flamers a real challenge and using fire is now a risk/reward thing. Essential NPCs will take precautions to avoid fire whenever possible, even during missions that involves a lot of fire. Doesn't kill them.

Known issues: you have to set Alpha to Coverage to its lowest setting, and MSAA can cause issues as well in DX11 mode. Otherwise, you get fullbright orange leaves where they should be burned.
Some NPCs may get stuck temporarily while trying to get around a fire.
Some Path of the Hunter quests can break if the fire scares the animals you're supposed to hunt, or even kill them. You'll have to restart said quest.

Endorsed, cheers and have a good one ;)

Thanks man! Good to know there's no major issues with this apart from the visual bug which is an easy fix. Hope you're doing well!

There will be no problems combining it with the Gamescom mod AFAIK. You can combine it with the HBAO mod but you will have to merge one file manually. The file is "generated\databases\generic\renderworldsettings_render\worldsettings.obj". You will have to unpack the patch using Gibbed's tools, rename this file's extension to .fcb and convert it with FCBConverter. Do this with the same file from both mods and merge the differences between them.

Had to turn off ingame MSAA, but could leave Alpha to Coverage on Enhanced, to get rid of these orange foliage. I also merged your files with FC3 Rebalanced and Gamescom Mod. Works. Looks great. Thx, mate!

      Download Gibbed's tools https://www.nexusmods.com/farcry3/mods/5

Drag the patch.dat & .fat from the retail game or any mod over Gibbed.Dunia2.Unpack

Then copy the files in the patch folder from this mod into the unpacked patch folder

Now drag the combined patch folder over Gibbed.Dunia2.Pack and you will get dat and fat files

I've never looked into the tattoo but yes we have access to a lot of stuff that didn't make it into the final game.

You can find the relevant files on ObscureGamers. FYI, many of the files are corrupted and since the builds are specific to 360, a lot of the files are useless for PC modding. There is definitely interesting stuff to be found though.
