You can unpack Mud's mod with GibbedDunia 2 Tools (http://svn.gib.me/builds/dunia2/), merge it with fc3_gamescom_loose and pack everything back. You can also remove everything except textures from Mud's mod that way.
Yes, and merge it with the original game's file. Also, if you want to get rid of that weird shiny character's skin, go to \patch_unpack\graphics\__fc3_graphics\_common\_textures\characters and delete all files with _m.xbt in the end.
So I get Mud's Mod,unpack the "patch.fat or dat" file,copy only the Graphics folder ,except the _m.xbt files you said,copy in the Loose version of this mod,then just copy in the game right ?
Here's my old guide how to remove everything form mud's mod:
1. First of all, you don't need FC3_d3d11.dll, sound.dat and sound.fat files, so delete them. I am not sure about the GamerProfile.xml, but you should at list change the geometry setting on very high, because the ultra-setting will cause some grass and bushes to pop up right in front of you; 2. Then download the latest version of Gibbed Dunia 2 Tools (http://svn.gib.me/builds/dunia2/) and unzip it somewhere on your computer, this program is used to unpack the game files; 3. Go to the \Far Cry 3\data_win32 folder and copy the patch.dat and patch.fat files into the Gibbed Dunia 2 Tools bin folder (\dunia2-r176_b112-5-\bin); 4. Drag patch.dat on Gibbed.Dunia2.Unpack file, it will unpack it and move all it's data to the patch_unpack folder. After files are unpacked delete the patch.dat and patch.fat from the \dunia2-r176_b112-5-\bin folder; 5. Move the patch_unpack with original game's data somewhere on your computer; 6. Do the same with the mod's patch.dat and patch.fat files; 7. Open the mod's patch_unpack folder and delete everything except the graphics folder; 8. Move all files from the mod's patch_unpack to the original game's patch_unpack folder and overwrite if asked. Delete the mod's patch_unpack folder from \dunia2-r176_b112-5-\bin; 9. Move the resulting patch_unpack back to \dunia2-r176_b112-5-\bin and drag it on the Gibbed.Dunia2.Pack file, it will pack back all files into patch_unpack.dat and patch_unpack.fat files; 10. Move the patch_unpack.dat and patch_unpack.fat files into the \Far Cry 3\data_win32 folder and rename them as patch.dat and patch.fat.
If you want to merge it with this mod, you'll have put files from \data_win32\patch folder of this mod into the resulting patch_unpack folder as well (after the mud's mod, between steps 8 and 9) and then pack it back.
