There is only one file and it contains the latest tools, patch.fat/dat, and the diff patch created by comparing the original gamemodesconfig.xml to my modified version. This makes clear exactly what changes were made.
I use the tools a bit differently than some preferring to copy original patch.dat/fat into the tools folder then drag and drop patch.fat onto
As always, back up your original patch.dat/fat then replace with the one from the archive or your own.
This was for personal use and I decided to share it. Anyone is free to use the tools and information to tailor the cheats to their needs.

Gibbed.Dunia.Unpack.exe, make changes to engine\gamemodes\gamemodesconfig.xml, then open a command prompt in the folder and re-compress with command:Gibbed.Dunia.Pack.exe -c patch.dat patch_unpack As always, back up your original patch.dat/fat then replace with the one from the archive or your own.
