Install the two patch files into:

\steamapps\common\Far Cry 2\Data_Win32

They do the following:

- infinite stamina (run forever).
- no malaria attacks.
- higher weapon damage to enemies.
- weapons and upgrades cost 1 diamond each.
- all weapons and upgrades are unlocked (buyable from computer).
- on-foot guards never give chase by vehicle. You can plow through checkpoints without them pursuing.
- weapon slots changed. Shotguns and sniper rifles are now secondary weapons.
