It's like using the doctor skill. You need to use a doctor bag on your character for that. For robots, it's repair skill. You need to use a repair tool kit on your robot.
Hey, installed the mod, read all the comments and the premade characters are just not showing up, ive checked and the file is in core.... really want to play as a ghoul so any help would be amazing.
I am running Redux + Equilibrium so I dont know if thats the issue but I really hope not
Edit: I have fixed it, check my comment in the bug section for a quick and easy fix
I don't know if you tried, but you don't use the mod by creating a new character. You scroll the pre-created-character menu, and find the Robot, Dog, Mutant, Ghoul and Deathclaw as premade characters, then you click "modify".
