As I said in the description, I did not make this save editor nor am i trying to claim ownership of it. I just cant find it for download anywhere else and don't want it to be lost to time. I'll take this down the moment im told to by pretty much anyone.
About win 10 auto close issue people have mentioned, iv never ran into that problem myself and have no clue what would cause it. As i am not the creator of these files i cant change them in anyway either, sorry it doesnt work for you.
Thanks for this -- couldn't find it anywhere else easily. Using it to offset the lame crouching when entering a vehicle bug where your unarmed and melee stats are debuffed permanently
There is nothing wrong with the editor. Run in compatibility mode if necessary. When navigating to the save files only go as far as the root Fallout Tactics folder. Select this folder instead of the saves folder in \core\user\save. The editor will find the saves and open correctly.
