Replace BGSLogo4k.bk2 with this one to get startup music replacers to load properly.

I figured out why startup menu music replacers don't work. It's because the game actually needs to load BGSLogo4k first and if it doesn't have enough time to load everything while the logo is playing, it loads default music instead of modded ones. So I made a 3 second "blank" bk2 file to replace it. Just to get them to work.
add these to fallout76custom.ini
[General]
sIntroSequence = BGSLogo4k.bk2
uMainMenuDelayBeforeAllowSkip = 1 ;add this line if you don't have it or set it to 1
