Thanks for the mod The main element that I would like to move and resize is the spinning picture when you pick up a legendary item but I can't work out if that is included in this mod (or really how to move it where I want if it is). Any help would be appreciated, thanks. Edit: checked Discord and found this helpful post to hide that element using the custom ini as follows: [Interface] fHUD3DModelScreenPosX=.5 fHUD3DModelScreenPosY=.5
Love the mod, could I kindly request the ability to change the text "Crit" to custome text when you are in VATS? that is one thing I see a lot using my build so I would like to change it to something like "Slap Bar"
Hi, just started using this mod and like the adjustments I can make so far, but is there not a way to move the element that sits below the default enemy health bar location and shows the resistances of the enemy when using VATS and having 5 or more PER?
I can however look into that, but as stated by the original mod author a lot of those vats elements are in a separate swf file and it might not be possible to edit within the scope of the mod.
Is there a way to change the box size in the VATS interface that displays limb damage and hit percentages? lol again i thank you for all your hard work!
came to the discord, came to the help channel, asked a question, got ignored for two days lol Safe to say the mods either dead or in the hands of someone with better s#*! to do. can't blame em tbh. but maybe hand it off?
Mod has been handed off, update drops in 1 - 3 days. Just finishing the re-color rework.
Sadly due to IRL issues, the fact the original mod author requested the mod stay on his page and discord, and other issues communication from the rework team [me] is limited to this comment thread.
Active effect colors are NOT sticking. They show the correct color for a brief second when there is an update and then they turn a dull color depending on what color you have set. All my hud is set to teal blue but when i set the active effects to that same hex code, its a light purple. It updates to teal when shooting (onslaught effect) then it goes back to the dull color. Something is causing it to be buggy and inconsistent
Looking into the issue revealed its not a issue per say with the mod. Rather its a issue with how users perceive the mod working.
As stated in the recolor comment section of the XML, due to how 76 works I can not raw set the color of a element. Instead I can paint over it with whatever color you set. Because of this the colors will blend together and not match user expectations from time to time.
In this case the active effects has 3 different color's used: HUD default white for Positive, Red for Negative, and A Slight Off White for Onslaught.
When using the following for testing [87006C] it turned the Positive effects a nice Teal, the Negatives a shade of Purple, and Onslaught a sorta.... Cream. Sadly with how the 76 HUD works there is no way to raw set colors on flash elements so we have to deal with the blending effect.
As for why it flickers, that again is a mod limitation. It takes a second for the mod to register updates in the active effect section and apply the color change.
I also play a human character - so i set this to true long time ago. Then it does what it said: it is always shown - also as Ghoul. Setting it to false in "Edit mode" doesn't work - i must restart client.
Is it possible to change the color of the selection arrow (default arrow) the brackets on the map and quest markers? I am not sure what they are called in the file.
I have a problem with the compass, and it seems to only effect the compass. It is tar black in the default config. and nothing I do will change it's color. I tried putting in a different value for the HEX color and I tried TZMarkers all with no luck.
Yes, I had just downloaded the mod this morning so the default values are what I tried first. It was:
<!-- Direction and Map Marker Indicator --> <Compass> <!-- Set this to true if you use TZMapMarkers. Disables the coloring of compass markers. --> <TZMapMarkers>false</TZMapMarkers>

Good catch and thank you for the report
Where you using the default 3.1.0.0 config? If so what settings with the compass did you have on?
Also keep in mind the compass recolor is a tad... light. Only STRONG colors will impact it.
<!-- Direction and Map Marker Indicator -->
<Compass>
<!--
Set this to true if you use TZMapMarkers.
Disables the coloring of compass markers.
-->
<TZMapMarkers>false</TZMapMarkers>
<Enable>false</Enable>
<Hex>FFFFCB</Hex>
<Brightness>0</Brightness>
<Contrast>0</Contrast>
<Saturation>0</Saturation>
</Compass>
I had changed the FFFFCB to several colors with no help The one color I can remember is: 07E834
For example BBFF00 is lime green. Setting the color it just tints the white bar slightly green.
Setting the saturation to 100 makes it lime green
