    Your module will overwrite SFE in dxgi, I am not very understand, take the liberty of asking that won't have what effect?

      You can change the reshades 'dxgi.dll' to 'd3d11.dll',, that should allow you to use both.
      Without it the reshade will not work.

    .ini just goes in the game .exe folder?

      If you already have reshade installed then yes
