I havent had a chance to check that issue, but im going to have some free time this weekend to do it, can you point out when exactly does this problem happens?
I had the same issue with floaters recently.. sound crackles and comes in and out with loud echos.. this was during RR with lots of things going on, though. There seems to be a general issue this season with handling sound when there are multiple sources.
So far the weapon sound bug seems fixed with this patch. Confirmed with a bunch of gatling lasers at a queen fight, need to find some people using miniguns and gatling plasmas to be sure. Considering how often Bethesda unfixes their patches though, I'm keeping this downloaded.
Yep, been having sound glitching with other stuff too, crackling and popping, like when you first plug in a headset, but worse. If you've ever had a bunch of people shooting the queen on the ground with explosive gatling plasmas and hacked 50s and heard the sound glitch out, it's like that, but it happens with sounds like a bunch of ghoul screams.
You're a god. Works perfectly and doesn't break any other sounds. Absolutely seamless. Too bad Beth doesn't pay you. Then again, you're likely overqualified for a Bethesda programming team lol.
Sorry for the late answer, i only modified the Minigun and the Gatling Laser Wind Up SFX, that seems to also have been fixed the Ultracite Gatling Laser and the Gauss Minigun, they probably share Assets.

I have the mod installed and I am still getting the audio bug. I know for sure it still happens with Gatling Plasmas.
