I can guarantee the .ba2 version of the mod works, read the instructions carefully and make sure you have the correct line in FalloutCustom.ini. Bethesda's recent update (1.0.2, I believe) has changed the structure of their internal files and a lot of people (myself included) weren't very careful with their FalloutCustom.ini.
It should look like this IF it is your only mod installed:
P.S. - I see lots of players having issues with mods in FO76. IF you've done everything correctly it may be that your issue is with Windows permissions? I know Win10 can be a PITA to get to work with mods.
Yeah, I think so. Ordering CAN matter. If one relies on the other it is pivotal to load the "master", so to speak, first and the subordinate .esp second.
Edit (I understand it is a late reply, but nevertheless): Had to change the .ini and remove some of the mods that are currently not functioning, but this is how my .ini looks right now if it is helpful to anyone. The game is fully functional and the outdated mods listed below do NOT seem to conflict with the latest 1.0.6.0 version. Here's what I had to change:
This one does not seem to be working for me, the recipe and bobble glows work fine though, and have the ATX_Main and Textures lines added to the ini, no other mods installed except for betterinventory. Any idea whats up?
Nevermind I figured out the problem, had put it in my video subfolder by mistake when dragging it out of the zip :P
This may be a foolish question but if my Fallout 76 folder doesn't have a data folder should I create one and place the mod in there or am I missing a folder I should already have?
Clarification: I'm am launching through steam and I have placed the mod in the \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout76\Data, will this also work?
Was looking for a glow mod for loot bags and found this one, awesome work and great to hear it still works! Unlike the guy you responded to I'll be sure to follow the directions, thanks!
As a aside, will this work with all loot bag skins or just the paperbag? If it doesn't, are you considering making a loot bag glow version for the Gravestone, Jack O'Lantern, etc? Thanks for sharing your mod with the rest of us!

So do not install this mod if you cant follow simple instructions, i think the title should be :)
