Wait, all you need is the decrypted code answer, and the code *pieces* don't actually *do* anything? Holy balls, get rid of that crappy useless beeping garbage then! You may have saved someone's life with this mod, never know when that beeping is going to make someone snap.

Any chance you could do the same for the heartbeat sound effect that occurs when dropping below 20% health? There's already a mod called SilentPerks but it doesn't silence the heartbeat effect that triggers at the same time as Nerd Rage. Also, the "grunting" sound effect when taking certain damage, like poison, is also on my list of things to remove lol.
Those were my idea, but with work and life, i dont play as much. But i do want to change texture/color for some other npc/non-npc players/animals
If you havent noticed, i did remove the WHEEZING or the Over Encumbered Sound, it would glitch sometimes in the days prior to WasteLanders, causing the sound to look indefinitely, so i removed it.
