[ENDORSED] Does the light beam from this "Mining Helmet">"Combat Helmet" retain the centered beam of the Mining Helmet as well as the particular "lamp lens" look of the Mining Helmet? I do see the "light" in helmet in the first screenshot but that does not mean that the cone of light emanating from it will come from that location. (etc)
(I'm guessing that the light beam of the Miner Helmet is different from the one of the Combat Helmet)

I used the headlamp the mining helmet uses. I happened to move it and blend it to where the light of the combat helmet light should emit from.
From my short testing, it seems to move the position of the light ever so slightly (at least in 3rd person perspective. FPP seems about centered if not affected).
The lens should remain unaffected as the textures that affect that are untouched. This is in a sense, still the mining helmet. only the mesh (and maybe the position of light) is affected.
Please consider making the variant: "Marine Tactical Helmet"changing to the look of "Surgical Googles Headgear" with "Helmet light beam".
Unfortunately that wouldn't be possible at this time. There aren't any tools to edit the game records directly (otherwise I would change the keyword values of the other helmets instead").
With that said, I don't know if there are helmets with lights on them that provide water and/or air protection. If there is, I can swap that model out.

I like the Surgical Googles Headgear a lot and I always wear the
Marine Tactical Helmet ( for the water and air protection ).
I don't have the Chinese Stealth suit yet.
