This is very nice! Recently they put a "Blueridge Trader Outfit" on the atomic shop, it's basically this outfit from Fallout 3/New Vegas, just reskinned and I think your version looks better because it looks more like the original.
I noticed that you mentioned you didn't include every detail from the original outfit. Limitation due to how meshes work etc. or just too time consuming? If it's the latter and I were in your shoes I wouldn't give up on it just yet! You have done marvelous work so far and challenging yourself to finish it the proper way is going 110%, so don't just settle for what you have at the moment.
And like I said, this really does look like quality stuff and you seem to have gotten the knack of it, can't wait to see more from you man!
Hi, thank you for the compliments! Modding for 76 has certainly been a learning experience, but I'm proud to be one of the few trying it.
I mostly omitted certain details from the RTO not necessarily out of limitations, but more out of the fact that the longer I stare at it the less it makes sense. So many hidden pockets, pouches, straps, buckles just intertwined with and hidden away beneath layers of yet more pockets and pouches and such. It would be a headache to try to organize it to be a 1-to-1 recreation, so I opted to cut my losses and just make more of a streamlined version of it that still conveys the idea of "Yeah, this is that jacket from Fallout 3". I just figured that not only would nobody mind, but probably nobody would notice.
Maybe later on I'll go back to tweak it even more if for some reason there's a heavy demand for it, but in the meantime I'm content with leaving it as is, and I hope the community is okay with that.
