Still no update or fixes for this mod, a real shame.

Anyone else get a high pitched sound at the beginning of the "Vats of Goo" soundtrack?

Is this mod still being supported? Looks like almost 3 years since any activity. Wanted to chime in here to confirm a few things if it is. As
of August 2023 (Season 14) this mod does still work. However there are a few issues I notice as to how the mod is functioning. As stated in the
bug section, not all ambient tracks are replaced. This is indeed still the case. Sounds like it had something to do with the Wastelanders
update adding new ambient tracks. Seems like we'd need an updated version of this mod to account for those. There are also some major
delays between tracks at times (no ambient music played at all). I've noticed that interiors tend to consistently play some of the old classic
fallout tracks. Exterior world space will play some classic ambient tracks but its every 3 or 4 ambient tracks later. It does make the vibe
more on point when you do catch a classic. As for the starting menu when you load into the game, the normal Fallout 76 music plays until you do
something like access the Atomic Shop for example. Once you exit the Atomic Shop back to the main menu you'll then here the 'My Chrysalis
Highwayman' track. Anyway hopefully this helps anyone wondering if this mod works/is working currently. Seems like this is as good as you'll get
if you want those classic ambient tracks in your game. FYI I installed using the .ba2 method.

Sorry for the late response, I haven't played F76 in a long time, I don't know if I'll ever get around to updating this mod. (I didn't even know it had seasons? what is that?) As for the reason why there's long periods of silence between tracks, just like FO4 and FNV, in areas without a set ambient track, the game will randomly play short 1-2 second long tracks with a little musical sting or twang or whatever. These have all be replaced with silence, so at the time of the mod's release, the only ambient music heard would be classic Fallout music, leaving it completely silent in the wilderness.
