    I don't know if you are still supporting this mod, but the balloons used for the Brain Fungus can block your passage in some caves. I had to switch to one of your earlier mods that did not have the Brain Fungus balloons.

      Thanks, I thought this could happen. Which came did it block?

      Hard to find an item that is noticeable and does not block.

      I updated the mod and you can now walk through the balloons.

    I tried this and the balloons did not despawn when the plant was harvested. Also I could not tell if a plant had been already harvested or not. Is this just how it is?

      Yes, the objects do not change after activation.

      And plants respawn after a while, more specifically of you pick up enough items or plants to reset the buffet.

      They also do not spawn in the area where you load info a world.

      And starlight creepers do not have a 100% chance to be harvestable.

    Awesome,gonna save me some time.

    Is it possible to make one for firecaps ? Those are defo a pain in the a... to find

      I was thinking of adding the other Mentat resources well. Can't use the same balloons for everything as it would become confusing. Any recommendation of what I could replace it with that would be noticeable?

      An enlarged model of mini nuke ? Or enlarged bobblehead model ? Or just a bigger model of it
      Idk,will roam wasteland abit later,find some unique-like misc items which wouldnt cause confusion

      Good ideas. I can't make the objects larger thou, so has to be something that is naturally large. I can only swap things, not modify them.

      A followup question for you. What should I replace the remaining resources with ? Firecracker berries, carrot flowers, and potentially brain fungus.

      Brain fungus will be a challenge thou, as it grows on ceilings as well, replacing it could block paths, and it is quite noticeable already.

      Is it possible to replace them with T-posing mobs ? Like a behemoth,glowing ones or any glowing mobs?

      Havent found anything either unique-ish or decently visible from afar :/

      Not sure, but I did replace firecracker berries with different balloons, get the newest version and let me know :)

    Please show a screener of Brain_Fungus > Heart_Balloon looks like when :
    The Brain Fungus is near the top of a small cave.

    Please work on variants that have some glow added.

    Sure it will mean those objects ( Heart_Balloon , triple stack Blue & Yellow Balloons ) will
    also have the same glow when they appear as their real-game objects, I don't mind.

    In "Material Editor", it's easy to add glow... For fine tuning aspects of the glow, use Google :
    "Material Editor" "Glow" ... Something like that.

    Otherwise you could do the same search once you're on the YouTube page.

      Thanks. I do not know how to add a glow, and I would prefer modifying only the replaced meshes with glow or a new color. I was able to modify some values via a hex editor but the changes did not stick.

      Any idea which files need to be changed to add glow, how they are related to the actual meshes, and how to do it?

    definitely go for a Firecracker berries replacement. carrot and fungus pretty visable imho

      was away all day, but if you didn't get to look, same as blue/yellow but green/purple in color.

      Brain Fungus is live, makes it super easy to spot. Since fungus is such a vital crafting component it has a special place in all of our hearts ;)

    I'm considering replacing Brain Fungus with balloons or another item, what do you think?

    There are fungus hotspots in the mire which are hard to find unless you have grass disabled, and another model might help with that.

    How about a variant for the Firecap ? :
    "Cappy" the nuka Cola mascot - buddy of "Bottle"...
    Get it ?.. "Fire-Cappy" ... Of course glowing a little would be
    a hot idea. Here are a some pictures of Cappy from F76's code :

      Cool idea! Thou I already replaced it with a different day if balloons before reading your suggestion. But those props are really cool.
