You can just remove/rename Data\Video folder and have a black screen instead of the startup&menu videos. During the update Bethesda launcher will redownload them.
Nice mod! Do you think you can maybe change the menu theme to Country Roads or Ring of Fire by Copilot? All of the mods that used to do that don't work any more because of the new music file that Wastelanders added
i tried doing that, for some reason it completely refuses modified sound files, but i don't see how it's not possible, maybe someone with a better experience than me can make it
Can you please make the description a little bit more clear? I think by "idle" you meant "static" as in "static image" (as opposed to "animated main menu screen"), am I right?
