I've noticed that I get a bug sometimes that when I'm overencumbered there is this constant sound that is super annoying. I don't know exactly how to describe it, but it's like I'm out of breath huffing and puffing and also the sound when you add something to your inventory when overweight. It's both sounds, constantly looping until I restart or go under my weight. The only way I'm able to silence it while playing overweight is to lower BOTH the Voice and the Effects sound to zero.
Is there any chance that you can put out a mod that silences BOTH of these effects? I've tried to look in the files to do it myself, but I'm completely inept at doing so.
