Thanks everyone for taking your time to endorse my mod's!
    ***
    - ReShade is just sitting between the game and the Windows graphics API, it does NOT write to the games memory which does usually get you banned in online games.

If you get a stutter/pulsing effect during gameplay or RivaTuner don't work, rename the file...

    d3d11.dll

    to

    dxgi.dll

    ...and see if that helps.

Gotta be my favourite reshade presets yet. I love the darkess in this, it both gives warm feeling in some locations, in others abandoned feeling, and on the outside  night  looks likesupposed to look from the beginning.  I love these

So it works on the last version of the game , i only need to change to dxgi.dll as it crash on start.
Now i only need to make it more bright as it bit too dark to the point that letters start to look bit weird.

Ps: its my first reshade to this game but is worth the sin = ban as it fix that flickering anty aliasing crap

    Thank you for the work.

Hmmm, I'm torn. I love how this looks outdoors but I actually like the warmth of how vanilla looks indoors.

Well it's impossible to have one thing without the other, so ether run with vanilla or with ReShade...OR you could just toggle ReShade off when you are inside.

It is not impossible to have decently dark shading outdoors, and retain the warm tone in doors.

That said i dont think "warm or warmth" would be the right word to describe the interiors, there is just a subtle vibrancy boost going on.

That said different regions provide different shading levels and color tones, i predict creating a proper reshade/ENB that covers all color schemes for 76 is going to require a lot more homework then previous titles.

Well lets see you do something better then, and don't just complain.

I must say i heavily disagree with your choices of changes with this Reshade preset.

It does succeed in making the scene darker, but does not look better then the original, in any aspect.

Adjusting shading levels is a very tedious thing to embark upon, it also takes some knowledge of how lighting works in the real world as well.

My basic review, Blacks are too strong, far too much detail is hidden from every scene and scenario that could viewed.

I just get a CTD when I try to start game while using this, any ideas what could do this?

I followed the instructions: Copy the these folders & files, "reshade-shaders", "d3d11.dll", "ReShade.ini" to your game folder.

[anyone reading this - it's a conflict with DXTory, can't use both]

Just want to make another post about using reshade 4, it causes a noticeable stutter/pulsing effect during gameplay on my 1080ti at 4k. FPS is between 57-72. (only happens when walking forward and around, looking around is fine.)

Turning it off the pulsing movement goes away... this is a big problem imo. I'm going to look for guides on howto fix it, let me know if anyone finds a solution!

Yeah can confirm this reshade 4.0.2 causes a pulsing stutter of framerate, damn shame. No fix in sight and may only affect people at 4k, damn shame.

EDIT: Possible related to using D3D11.DLL and not DXGI.DLL, might be worth renaming that file. I can't confirm this yet as testing another reshade version. But using DXGI does fix the rivatuner issue.

Renaming d3d11.dll to dxgi.dll helped with the stutter for me, and also allowed RivaTuner to work.

I've tried to get SMAA working before but FO76 seems to resist it even if TAA is off etc... can you try and add that in as a feature, if you can get it working. High setting SMAA is good enough IMO.

OK i have checked it and it works. but it think it look worse with it enabled. If you want to enable it so do like this...

      1. At the games main menu or in map menu hit the key [Insert] to open ReShade Tool.
      2. Scroll down tills you find "SMAA" and check the box in front of it.
      3. Press [Insert] again to close ReShade Tool and you are good to go.

Ok cheers yes it works. You have FXAA enabled by default, I will do some comparisons. Also I noticed RivaStatServer no longer works with reshade for some reason so I can't limit my FRAMERATE, this causes intense pulsing of frames indoors (mostly).

Is there no way to set a cap on framerate?

PS. I don't like vsync due to latency issues.

It is capped to (63) to prevent speed hacks, read the article here....
Fallout 76 frame rate is capped at 63 FPS to prevent speed hacks!

They recently removed the cap in patch 1.0.1.14 since they fixed it.
