A retexture of the army helmet? What did you have in mind? Unfortunately you can't add items only texture existing ones.
Yup... And what I mentioned I had in mind was what you seecoloured this way above. Look at mid-1970's tattoos, graffiti, etc., befitting of F76 Raiders, and at the other spectrum, imagery from the Hippie/"Flower Child" movement in the 70's.
