The ini file works well for fps problem is for me dlc textures are purple atomic shop items doesnt appear probably load order problem and i cant revert the inis after 3 re install and 10 verify and 3 days of checking diffrent ini settings i am done :(
it seems more like you have created an alternative version and not an actual update from your previous version since we have to screw around changing file settings all the time now
Thank you to the author. These files made a very noticeable improvement in overall performance, as well as improving the camera positioning/FOV.
I am running an older 2012 era gaming system built around 720P gaming (i7-3770/8GB/GTX960-2GB) so I reduced resolution to 1280x720 and texture detail to medium with great result.
I still have occasional stuttering which I think may be disk access related. Going to do some further tweaking of antivirus and services to work on that.

also why can't i just use the old version then i don't have to screw around constantly changing the files from read only to read all the time
