I found that you have to manually install the mod and extract the file. Once extracted it will give you the two options. I picked the first one and drugged into into Vortex and no longer received that error message
I don't know if that's a bug, might just be a way to easily repeat the pattern of the sky. If you want you can re-create a new sky pattern with each individual different stars and try that out
can you explain the difference or which i should be using? should i combine all information into one? one is loading textures and the other interiors, shouldnt all of it be loaded? im confused.
i found out that putting my mod in the archivelist2 simple doesnt render it to work. The game only loads it when i put it in the IndexFileList. So i am verry well assuming thats a thing that would happen to anyone.
so should I add the sResourceIndexFileList group of strings underneath the sResourceArchiveList group of strings in the [Archive] section of the Fallout76custom.ini file or what? its still not entirely clear to me.
It hasn't even been a f*cking week since full release and you uploaded a high quality much needed mod port. Good sh!t Mangaclub. Can't wait to see what's next. Vivid Weathers? A Vivid Waters Port perhaps? Either way, glad to see you making and porting content for FO76

Dear viewers of the media above, as relates to this mod "Radiant Clouds and Skies - ·
A Cloud and Sky overhaul for Fallout 76", just concentrate on it's
cloudy & starry skies. ( Until "Vivid Weathers 76 Edition" becomes possible )
