    Is this just for camp or all toilets?

      It's changing one nif to another, so it'll change every toilet in the game that used that specific texture.
      If you want to only see it in your camp and also have other players be able to see it, you'll need to buy the one from the Atomic Shop.

    I hope they can add two more rolls of toilet paper or rack with toilet paper on it and make toilet paper with cloth of burnt books.
