Original video was 60 fps. The tool i used to convert to bink format is old, and the video is bink1 format, not bink 2 (wich is far better than 1 and used in the base game. but only the paid tool can make bink 2...). I can't make it better, or idk how.
You're welcome I already contacted them but they don't answer. First request was friendly, second was less friendly. In both case they don't answer or remove your mods cause they don't care
