Managed to download and replace the video without issue, however when trying to change the music the .ini file just reverts back to Atlantic_City every time I open the game. I also don't see a folder called "Music", although I'm not entirely sure how this works. Anyone have a fix for this, or can tell me if I'm doing something wrong?
Edit: Just saw the comment below; is there currently no way to get rid of the Atlantic City music?
I turn main menu music off now, so I'd have to check it out. You sure you put the line in your custom ini? Regular ini would just redownload on launch.
Yep that was it. I didn't have a custom file so I've just copied the default one and renamed it and that seems to have worked. Apologies for the lack of reading comprehension.
I updated the path for the Nuka World music, but it seems like it won't replace the Atlantic City music. I extracted the file, it's there lol, but putting it in the custom ini just defaults to the Atlantic City theme.
Good catch on the video. The dates are correct, so they reused that one and I just didn't notice.
I just came across this and I want to say thank you. I didn't start playing until January of this year so I didn't get to see some of the game menu themes.
I have two questions though.
First question is, is there any way to get the respective music for a particular theme? I don't know if these stay stored in the game files or if there's a separate download. I saw in the description where it shows examples for main, nuclear winter, and wastelander theme music. EDIT 1 of 2: Found the answer to my question and used BSA browser to look in the sounds02.bsa to find the name of the music file missing from the description which is mus_special_bos_maintheme.xwm
Second question would be more for the community users that are using this I guess and that is, how would people feel about a launcher that would randomly pick one of the themes when starting the game? I spent probably between 5-10 minutes writing a batch file to do just this after finding this mod. I'm liking the results and don't mind sharing. EDIT 2 of 2: Spent some time on youtube watching game menu videos that people recorded so now I have the correct music files going to their respective videos in my batch file.
Hey, I was just thinking about writing a batch file for this to randomise the menu loops, if you wouldn't mind sharing it would save me lots of time! xD
I wrote a batch file to take images out of the gallery folder and into an external drive since i love the stock images, and that took me about a day with the task scheduling and event viewer xml I had to find out :{

Couple of things: Nuka music is silent on my machine, and the Mutation Invasion video roll is the same as Fallout Worlds.
Also... anyone save the Blue Moon video?
