It looks like you replaced the death sound tracks. There is another sound that characters make when they die which can be heard by other players (it kind of sounds like a low clap). I don't know what it is called, but it would be nice if you manage to find and replace it. I know some people would prefer that because you would be able to hear other people 'oofff' when they die.
I know exactly what you are talking about. Believe me, I tried finding it, but I sadly could not. It may be a shared sound because it sounds just like feet landing on the ground after a jump or fall. There are creature death sounds that can be replaced, but I believe that will over-saturate the game. Unless I change just the scorched...
My guess is it's a similar sound to when you drop a yellow paper bag for somebody, or to dump cruddy stuff... Sounds different depending on the surface but always sounds similar due to the base sound of that object falling impacting the "ground" / floor was what the digital Foley artist had to work with. Have a listen to dropping it with one light object in it, listen with lots of heavy useless items, etc.
I know it's been a while, but I actually found the downed and death effect sounds. Here is their directory and file names: SeventySix - Sounds01.ba2\sound\fx\ui\health\lowindicator\ui_health_lowindicator_c_downed_01.xwm SeventySix - Sounds01.ba2\sound\fx\ui\health\lowindicator\ui_health_lowindicator_d_death_01.xwm
I cannot seem to get this to work for the life of me, and I'm not sure why. I've test-died and hear nothing. Not even the death-blare. Which is sad, 'cause I really want to enjoy this mod!
I'm not certain, but I think I found it. You mentioned to add the bsa to my Custom ini. What should the line look like? Do I just type in RDS.bsa on the next available line or does something go before it? I apologize for asking a stupid question, I'm somewhat new to this.

Yah, I watched my kids play it a lot, especially playing Minecraft. Also, congratulations on your 2000K posts... Answer this post next and I can feel all fuzzy insideknowing Mighty T.S.G. hit the big 2K postmark with on a post to me.
Is there any special thing that makes custom sounds work in fallout 76? I cant seem to get my custom gun sounds to play all it ever does is go silent. thanks in advanced for any advice.
First, they need to be in xwm format. Then make sure you have the file paths and naming correct with what is in the FO76 vanilla ba2 files. I would check that stuff first.

Adds the Death Sound to the deaths of other players around you. Pick and choose options also available.

If you create the same mod for Fallout:New Vegas it would be cool
