It may be a design feature you disagree with, but it's not a bug. You've charged up a capacitor with a cap-ton of laser energy and are storing it ready-to-fire at a moment's notice. It makes sense that it would hum with power until it fires. By all means make mods to customize the game in you preferred direction and smooth out elements you disagree with, but the term "bug" is thrown around a lot, and it really needs to have a more specific definition so that people who don't know better don't get confused.

Hello Firmansyah123, At the bottom: sResourceArchive2List = SeventySix - ATX_Main.ba2, ...etc., etc. Unless you added one or more mod .ba2 filenames on that line, delete the characters after the "sResourceArchive2List = ". ( as per next line ) EDIT:It's been many months.I'll hide the rest between a
and a
.

So you will be left with sResourceArchive2List = <---a space here after the "=" symbol. Type STHum.ba2 after that space. All you will be left with on that line is: sResourceArchive2List = STHum.ba2 ( might as well rename STHum.ba2 to STH.ba2 ) When you have other mods you will add them like this : sResourceArchive2List = STH.ba2, PLM.ba2, OkC.ba2, ...etc PLM.ba2 = Keretus' PerkLoadManager (so great), OkC.ba2* = Okagawa007's okas_container_glow (also great) I renamed the container glow mod to OkC.ba2( it used to be okas_container_glow_B.ba2 ) Never hit the [ ENTER ] key on that line no matter how long it grows.It must be an unbroken line. That line has a 1024 character limit.The count for the limit begins after the very first = symbol. Always keep the names of your .ba2 files very short (rename any that you find slightly long).
You can do as I do, create "renames - mod reminder" lines that must have a " ; " as the 1st character on each line (so F76 will ignore the line):I'll show you a (partial) example of my text to see what the short-form means ;what is in front of the "=" symbol is my shortened .ba2 file name ( minus the .ba2 part, so the 1st one, 4V is of course 4V.ba2 )
; 4V=F4VaultSuit <--byTSG--> PV=ProtoVS(10thSuit), SS=ScopeSwap i.e. RecnScp>RifleScp-Just3rdPView, ...etc sResourceArchive2List=4V.ba2, PV.ba2, SS.ba2, ...etc My line(s) that describe my .ba2 files that I shortened can be sererated into multiple lines. This way yours can, each be fully visible in your editor.(my fav is Notepad++).Just make sure each line has a ";" as the 1st two characters. (I like those spaces, and the Silver Surfer likes his travels across Space-Time. Reflectively,BorderXer
Can,t get this or any other mod to load. Here's my Fallout76Custom.inii line; [Archive] SResourceArchiveList2 = STH.ba2, CCF.ba2, FLF.ba2, GS.ba2, HHA.ba2, HMSF.ba2, NSF.ba2, RC.ba2, SPAF.ba2, SBF.ba2, SVG.ba2, V76sU.ba2, WHD.ba2 I changed the ba2 file names to match. And never hit "enter". Not new to modding Bethesda games. But this is the first of their games where ba2 is all you can do. Any help would be appreciated. Edit: Saw a video about mod installs. In that video noticed that there was a slight difference in my ini. I had "SResourceArchiveList2" and theirs was "SResourceArchive2List". So I changed mine to theirs and tried in game. Still no mods loading. Going to try a new game and see if still the same. Will let you know. Edit 2: Tried a new game start. Some mods are now loading. The only mods not loading are the ones that replace game textures or meshes. Not sure yet if this mod is loading or not. But think it is.
Thanks Firmansyah123, I did read that it possibility may have been related to ammo also in some way, even though through my testing i could not link the two myself. So hopefully this fix by patching a weapon that does not exist in the game (due to lore reasons) will null the problem for most, making the game more enjoyable and our quality of life in game will continue to be the best if can possibility be. *NOTE: I'm in the process of weeding out a few more sound related bugs, hopefully with the help of the community we can find a few fixes that will help us all enjoy the game a little more or at least save our hearing and sanity for a few more years to come.

Hello Firmansyah123,
At the bottom :
sResourceArchive2List = SeventySix - ATX_Main.ba2, ...etc., etc.
Unless you added one or more mod .ba2 filenames on that line,
delete the characters after the "sResourceArchive2List = ". ( as per next line )

Type STHum.ba2 after that space.
All you will be left with on that line is :
sResourceArchive2List = STHum.ba2
( might as well rename STHum.ba2 to STH.ba2 )
When you have other mods you will add them like this :
sResourceArchive2List = STH.ba2, PLM.ba2, OkC.ba2, ...etc
PLM.ba2 = Keretus' PerkLoadManager (so great), OkC.ba2* = Okagawa007's okas_container_glow (also great)
I renamed the container glow mod to OkC.ba2 ( it used to be okas_container_glow_B.ba2 )
Never hit the [ ENTER ] key on that line no matter how long it grows. It must be an unbroken line.
That line has a 1024 character limit. The count for the limit begins after the very first = symbol.
