A Fallout 76 & Fallout 4 sound bug fix which silences a constant humming sound when equipping certain weapons.
It turns out that this annoying hum noise is the wonderful "Preston Garvey Special", the notorious Laser Musket Rifle, which was originally a FO4 weapon that was cut from FO76. These types of sound bugs have been around since Fallout 4 days and now it's unfortunately made it's way into Fallout 76, even though there is NO Laser Musket in the game itself. Were it included in the game, it would have created a lore inconsistency, as the Commonwealth Minutemen, who created the laser musket, did not exist in 2102. It was converted to work with Fallout 76 but cannot be found in-game, therefor the sound files from FO4 was not removed from the FO76 game files, which in turn has made this background humming noise a constant annoyance for many FO76 players once again in the Fallout world. Long story short, I decided to make a simple ba2 file which mask the idle hum sound file with a silent sound file. Introducing the FO76, "Silence the Hum" mod. (STHum.ba2)

Installation:
Simply put STHum.ba2 in your Data folder and add STHum.ba2 to your Fallout76Custom.ini
