I'm reworking this preset for Wastelanders DLC, but feel free to use the current version if you want, although it may look as intended.

Update: I'm gonna be reworking this thing from ground up, so it might take a while to release a new update.

Although there has never been any reports of Bethesda banning players in Fallout 76 for using ReShade, it
is not supported (as any other modifications), so you may use it on your own risk.

Do NOT use this on Nuclear Winter mode!

Please, take your time and read this entire page before using this mod!

I created this preset based on Photorealistic Commonwealth ENB for Fallout 4, trying to mimic what I've achieved with my own tweaks (You can check my profile for some screenshots from Fallout 4). It's not perfect, but this is my vision on how to improve the game's washed out colours.

Every color tone was hand tweaked by myself, and this would not be possible without the use of the amazing Look Up Table (LUT) technique. Be aware that this is only intended for exploration mode, not for PvP as it'll make your game way darker than before.

Although I've tried my best to replicate good colours on this game, it comes with several trade-offs. ReShade is a powerful tool on itself, but there are several limitations if compared to ENB which gives a lot more control of anything on the game. For example, the colours can look awesome during mid-day, but may stand out too much during a sunset/sunrise, or look awful on interiors. This is because unlike ENB, it isn't possible to control individual and separate parameters (for example: Sky, Water, Interiors, Exteriors, Fog, Reflections, Sunlight, etc) on ReShade, as the effects are applied to the whole image, giving a very limited control over the image.

- Download and install the lastest version of ReShade Framework.
- During the installation, download all effects when prompted.
- Download my preset, open the .rar file and extract to your base Fallout 76 Folder, and Overwrite everything when prompted.
- Load the game, and select my preset .ini on the drop-down menu.

This preset uses the following effects:

You can expect 5-10 FPS hit depending on your PC.

Keep in mind that due to the online nature of this game, it's extremely hard to test every possible weather and time of day combinations. There's also a lot of places that I didn't visited on this game since I'm relatively a new player.

For some reason, this game has an horrible Bloom/HDR adaptation effect, it's basically impossible to make it look good on every scenario. That being said, you can totally expect the following:

-Interiors may look too dark/saturated/bright.

-Sunsets and Sunrises may look very saturated on forest areas, due to the weird adaptation effect on this game.

Skies/Fog/DoF may look pixelated in some weathers when looking to the sun/moon, you can see this "bug" even without Reshade, but it's less prominent (because of my color corrections+LUT, this issue gets way more visible). I'm still trying to find a way around this but it may not be possible without directly modding the game weathers (which is impossible at the moment).

-Skies may look very bright depending on the weather, due to the weird adaptation effect on this game (again).

-When using the Pip-Boy, it's screen may look very dim.

-ReShade's MXAO and several other effects does not work with this game, since some effects depends on Depth Buffer (which is disabled by ReShade on online games due to possible hacking attempts). If this ever gets fixed, it'll be added to this preset.

I want to give a special thanks to the user fmoritz, for making some extremely awesome LUT's, which one of them is used on this preset.
