Right click on Fallout 76 on steam, go to manage, then browse local files. Then click on the Data folder.
Place the .ba2 file in your Fallout 76 Data folder.
Then go to Documents\My Games\Fallout 76 and create a Fallout76custom.ini file if you do not already have one. If you already have one, just add Patchlessflyboy.ba2 to your list.
If you're making a Fallout76custom.ini file for the first time, copy and paste this into the file and save it:
sResourceArchive2List=PatchlessFlyboy.ba2
You're done! Launch the game! ...
