      the trick is you have to take your mp3 and convert it to wav file first (i use a free web-based tool)
      then convert that wav file with Skyrim Audio Converter to a xwm file
      then when you package the ba2 you need to turn off any compression
      i use Archive2 from old-gen Fo4 for that
