      I've never made mods for Fallout 4 before, let alone anything that's a non-replacer / standalone items type mod in general. I haven't touched Fallout 4 in a good while either. Right now, I don't really have any plans, nor experience to port this to Fallout 4. Anyone is free to port this to Fallout 4 if they wish though

   If Bethesda were to add this mod as part of the Ghoul update, that would be awesome.

   If this was ESO, zenimax would make a ton of money selling each of those skin colors.
