Version 1.32
Fixed issue with restrict name only restricting the item from being dropped/scrapped/ or sold if the named item matched exactly how it was listed inside the restrict name list.
Will now properly prevent dropping/scrapping/selling of named item if it contains any character that's listed inside the restrict name list.

Finished Rewriting most of the basic features of save everything.
Now will use json config instead of an ini config.
Fixed issues like double scrap up bug, not being able to use freezer/Fridge storage.
