This process is for any app on any game. Many people want to use discord whilst playing their games and this is a solution. Whichever "god awful other mod" would you be referring to? :-) not text chat by chance?

OnTopReplica, whilst it can clone, does not scale text, would show the original window at the wrong size, does not correctly pass on click forwarding or click pass through, or window switching. This would not allow you to then enter text in the discord window, which is the entire point.
