Sadly the main menu music changes almost each season and for events, I can't keep updating for all of them. The atom shop menu should work if they didn't change the file path or file name for it.
Happy to. One of the best sources is the Wasteland Wailers, who make songs specifically for game world Fallout: Equestria radio stations, usually with Brittany Church as the voice of Velvet Remedy.
Some of their works would fit in well in West Virginia radio. These come to mind:
I made a version that replaces the main menu music with the Wasteland Wailers FO:E theme and included an alternate main menu theme from the abandoned animated series by EAST Corp (formerly Stable-Tec Studios). The cash shop songs were also changed to Wasteland Wailers tracks and rotate between an instrumental piano rendition of Rainbow Factory, Lets Go Shopping, and Fly Like You.
It took a little reading to figure out how to do it and it turned out it isn't that hard. I didn't upload it, but I figured I'd point out it wasn't hard to figure out how to mod in your own menu music. As AVladimir says though, changing the radio music is trickier because the replacement songs have to be the same length as the songs they are replacing just to avoid sync issues.
You have my undying support :P I'm over in Fallout 4 messing with Conversion projects for our anthro friends and YOU..YOU are doing great work here! o.o

and the main menu never plays any of the music
but the atom shop plays music
Edit: Mods like this one still work, sort of. The game now plays "mus_special_51_maintheme" on the main menu in Patch 10.

A few of Velvet's songs would be perfect for the Atomic Shop background. For example:

And if you are looking for instrumental, there's a ton. Here are a few themes:
