I thoguht about it, but it would get obnoxious fast. I saw someone recently released an ESP version: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout76/mods/2673 . I've been trying to weigh whether or not esp or glow is better on a case by case basis. I'd make an esp version, but the other author's mod seems to work just fine.
