port from my Fallout 4 Mod: Eyes-of-The-Commonwealth (by CathyMeow)
(as these are replacers for the vanilla eyes ( base game files ) you can only use 1 of my mods.)
(i don't think standalone mods wil be a thing in 76 so thats about that anyway)
