      I haven't played the game in a long time. I tested it but didn't find any crashes due to the mod. Maybe it's crashing for you because of something else?

      I'll give it another go, but the CTD's stopped after I uninstalled it

      Update: Still a no go

      now with raids it crashes near the raid aswell

      I haven't used Unimap yet. I'll run some tests later and try to ensure compatibility.
