Individual effects are available under optional files.
This mod reduces the size of the explosive rounds VFX so it does not obscure your view when using explosive weapons with Grenadier 2 equipped. It does not prevent the game from changing the size of the VFX when Grenadier is equipped, it simply resizes the entire VFX.
Put the ba2 file into your fallout76 data directory, add filename to fallout76custom.ini.
The video below is taking with the perk Grenadier 2 equipped. The VFX is much smaller if you remove the perk.
